In 2013, the World University Games will be held in Kazan, Russia. Archery will not be featured, and as a result we will not be sending a world team for that year. However, in 2014 we will be sending a world team.. Following that, Gwangju, South Korea will host the World University Games in 2015 and archery will be included there.

We are pleased to announce that starting in 2019, archery will become a compulsory sport in the University Games.
