made changes for the 2012-13 selection process, which now resembles the protocol utilized by other

archery organizations that award a Coach of the Year honor. Dependent on the number and type of

nominations, the Committee may also nominate a New Coach of the Year.

USCAA seeks interested member coaches and athletes to participate as a member of the selection

committee for this award. Any committee member affiliated with a coach nominated for this honor will

not be permitted to participate in the selection or discussion of the Coach of the Year Award.
