At the 2012 USCA CA State Indoor Championship hosted by Tulare Target Archers and the State Archers of California, more than 106 registered USCA members vied for State titles.  With more than 9 member clubs participating, the event was a strong showing for collegiate archery.  The most intense competition was in the male recurve division with more than 50 archers.  This is the first year that the College Basic Bow and the Bow hunter divisions were competed in the USCA CA State Indoor.  USCA's commitment to growing the sport on campuses throughout the state has helped establish California as a strong enclave of college clubs for both recreational and competitive archery.
