<p>The <a href="http://www.uscollegiatearchery.org/forms/CAP_Team_Eligibility_Form.xls">Team Eligibility</a> form can be signed by the club president or the club coach/advisor, but <strong>the </strong><a href="http://www.uscollegiatearchery.org/forms/CAP_Academic_Eligibility_Form.xls"><strong>Academic Eligibility</strong></a><strong> form MUST be signed by the university registrar</strong>. For those clubs that are members of the sports recreation department, the athletic director or sports club director may also sign the form. If your club is direct through USA Archery, you MUST have the school registrar sign the form. Coaches, per the <a href="http://www.uscollegiatearchery.org/docs/2007_CAP_Handbook.pdf">CAP Handbook</a>, are not allowed to sign the academic eligibility form.</p>
<p><strong>All eligibility forms (both Academic and Team) must be sent to the registrar 15 days prior to the first competition or by 15 <span style="text-decoration: line-through;">August</span> September</strong><strong>, whichever occurs first.</strong> If you have problems due to class schedules, or schools that are on the quarter system, please contact the CAP Registrar, <a href="mailto:sahi@charter.net">John Sahi</a>, with your concerns PRIOR to any competitions. </p>

<blockquote><p>Tomorrow the tournament begins with quals for the RW and the CM, followed by the quals for CW and RM.</p>
<p>The kids are in great spirits they are working well together and with the coaching and leadership staff. And most important they are developing a special chemistry. I must also say that the leadership and coaching staff has treated me absolutely terrific. it is a real honor for me to experience this tournament and my thanks go out to these wonderful coaches Sheri Rhodes and Bill Coady and the very capable team leader Derek Davis who have gone above and beyond for me in every way. My sincerest thanks go out to Derek, Sheri and Bill.</p>
<p>The tournament is upon us , and as a spectator I cant wait . Tomorrow cant come soon enough.</p></blockquote>
