Member Clubs hosting an event (even without a college division) must submit the event information to firstname.lastname@example.org at least two (2) weeks prior to the event. Scoring events must submit scores within ten (10) days after the event. This ensures compliance with Insurance requirements for USCA.
Failure to submit event information is a violation of USCA Rules and Procedures and endangers the Association's liability insurance coverage. It's free. It's easy. And no approval is needed.
Clinics, workshops, camps must be submitted to the calendar but do not typically require eligibility or membership.
Other events - USCA Sanctioned USAA tournaments (state organization tournaments with college division) and specific sanctioned ASA tournaments, archers must submit eligibility.
