USCA Meeting Minutes:
Submit Your Proposal
Submitting proposals to be considered by the US Collegiate Archery Association Executive Council is a key way for clubs to bring ideas forward and to help affect a positive change in th eprogram. Clubs and members can submit proposals throughout the year.
To submit a proposal to the Executive Council, a club or USCA member athlete needs to:

2. State the Rationale
3. Provide any Relevant History or Precedence
4. Sign the proposal and state the name of the club/university
5. Send to the Director in .doc or PDF format (docx fils will not be accepted).
The Director will review the proposal and send it ot the appropriate committee or to the Executive Council (EC) for consideration. The EC will discuss the proposal and may do any of the following: request additional information from the submitter; request information from experts or others who have knowledgable information; request public feedback via email or the USCA Forum; establish or refer proposal to a special committee; let a proposal die in committee; vote to approve/disapprove.
The club/member will be notified as to the decisions taken by the Executive Council regarding the proposal. Once a proposal is approved by the Executive Council:
1. The appropriate document is updated and reposted
2. Notification is posted on the USCA website
3. Affected organizations/persons are contacted
4. In some cases, email notifications will be sent to clubs.
