AMS FAQ

FOR INDIVIDUALS:

Q: I can’t submit my eligibility.

A: Check to see that your membership is updated. Also find out if your club's membership is valid. 


Q: I am a coach and would like to register for my club, but I can’t because it says that there is already a coach.

A: Contact the membership manager.


Q: I am an athlete but do not want to compete in USCAA tournaments. However, my club is an USCAA club. Do I need membership?

A: You do NOT need individual membership unless you plan to compete. 


FOR CLUBS:

Q: I have created a new club and would like to create an account.

A: Go to AMS and create a club under “New Clubs.”

 

Q: How do I register the members of my club?

A: Have each of your club members register themselves by creating an account, paying membership, and submitting eligibility.

 

Q: What if my school pays for our membership?

A: Request an invoice from us. Please list the names of the members that you want included in the invoice.

 

Q: What if I want to pay for my whole team’s membership?

A: Request an invoice from us. Please list the names of the members that you want included in the invoice.

 

Q: I am restarting the club at my school, how do I register the club?

A: Create your own personal login. It can be coach or athlete. Please pick the appropriate one. Once you have created your account, pay for your membership. Once this is all done, request club access. The membership manager will accept or deny your request. We may request confirmation of affiliation with your school.


Q: I can’t print the eligibility form.

A: Check to see that you have club access. If there are more than 3 tabs at the top of your page, then you probably have it. Then check to see that both your membership and your club’s membership is up to date. This will most likely resolve the issue.
