In a darkened hallway outside the lecture hall, students observe Christensen’s exceptional ability to aim a bow-mounted laser beam at a small target approximately 100 feet away, (pictured above) compared with students in the class, who are not trained archers. The overall goal is to illustrate how neural pathways discussed in lecture are utilized for muscle control.
