Elbert Cly, Dine’ College
Best New Archer is an important award for new collegiate archers. It is awarded to new archers in each category that gets the highest FITA score at the USIACs. To qualify in the Best New Archer category, the athlete must be absolutely new to the sport at the beginning of the school year.
